Tracy Catherine Appleton, LCSW, MEd, CE Program Administrator, Course Development Coordinator,
is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Masters Degree in Education.
Ms. Appleton has had experience in developing, providing, and presenting adult
education programs since 1979.
Mary Lou Frank, Ph.D., Gainsville State College, Academic Affairs; expertise in eating disorders, counseling psychotherapy, research and test construction, addictions, couples, cultural diversity, group counseling, codependence, sexual harassment, physical and emotional health, anxiety, diversity and family systems; author or co-author of 14 books & 7 articles, and given over 60 presentations.
Nadine Nehls, Ph.D., University of Wisconsin; expertise in mental health problems, severe and persistent mental illness, physical and/or sexual abuse, substance abuse, borderline personality disorder, joint custody of children, and trauma.
Sharon Calvert, Ph.D., Fort Huachuca, Arizona; Clinical Psychologist; Dr. Calvert has clinical experience with the following: psychotherapy services to outpatient behavioral health clients to include, but not limited to acute/posttraumatic stress disorders, psychological and risk assessments, mood and anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, borderline personality disorders, adjustment disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar, partner relational problems, anger management, and treatment plans for sexual offenders.

LCSW, RN, served as educational coordinator for registered nurses in a variety of hospital settings. Ms. Chandler is a clinical
member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
Catherine King, RNC-E, MSN, NNP, Dean of Nursing and Health Technology, ER, Community Health, Associate with Staff, PA & Nurse Practicioner.
Wendy Hillman, MSN, RN, served as Critical Care nurse, clincial instructor for Level II Med-Surg with nursing students during acute care clinical rotation.
Dr. Christopher Thurber, BA Harvard,
Ph.D. UCLA, Exeter, New Hampshire, currently works as a psychologist
for Phillips Exeter Academy School. Treating anxiety, depression, substance abuse,
and rehabilitation issues.
Dr.
James E. Galezewski, Ph.D., MFT, Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Doctor
of Psychology, Post-Master's Program in Marriage and Family Therapy,
Genesis Therapy Center, Training in objective, projective, and neuropsychological
assessment and diagnosis, psychological research, professional
ethics, and risk management. Ethnic and cultural awareness, human
life span and cognitive, behavioral, systems, physiological and psychoanalytic
theory and technique. Administered clinical interviews and intelligence/personality
test batteries to children, adolescents, and adults. Provided outpatient
and group therapy.

in Private Practice Counseling, adoption studies, Clinical Counselor for the University
of Wyoming at the Counseling and Career Development Center.
Carol
Fizer, LCSW, Weston, Massachusetts, worked with rescue workers at the World
Trade Center following the September 11th attacks. She is an Independent Clinical
Social Worker in the greater Boston area. Carol trained with the International
Critical Incident Stress foundation and Smith College School for Social Work.
Dr. Robert G. Urie, Ph.D. North Kansas City, Missouri, Psychology Licenses in Missouri and Kansas, Postdoctoral training Menninger Foundation Family
Therapy Training, Experience in private practice, Mental Health Center, Coordinator
of Youth Services, and Outpatient Psychologist for a hospital. Co-dependence
and male issues.
Danielle J. Balletto. A licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a licensed behavioral practitioner (LBP) in the State of Oklahoma.
A graduate of The University of Tulsa. Graduated Magna Cum Laude with a
Bachelors' in 1996 and graduated with a Masters' in Clinical Psychology in 1998. Batterer's counselor working with offenders and severely mentally
ill for eleven years. Miss Balletto is currently working on a Doctorate in
Criminal Justice through Capella University.
Janel Jean Brush, LISW, Jefferson, Iowa, with experience in domestic
violence, Licensed Independent Social Worker currently working at an area
education agency as a school social worker, work history as youth counselor
for shelters and group homes, department of human service worker, and psychiatric
technician.
Jill Daniels, LSCSW, Salina, Kansas, Jill has experince
in residential youth care, community mental health, special education,
general public education, and a group worker in a wilderness treatment
program.
